The B&B is located at number 8 of the street of the same name at the fourth floor in a end of the 19th century building, "palazzo Rutelli", designed by E. Basile, the architect of the famous "Teatro Massimo". The place is close to the central station which is connected by shuttle trains to the airport. It is also near to the shuttle's station to the airport (Prestia –Comandè) as well as some regional and international buses and a lot of city buses to the near surroundings (Monreale, Bagheria) or to the beach of Mondello. Located in the old part of Palermo, the B&B is ideal to discover the several little streets of that area by foot in way to admire the various old buildings and churches, remains of a prestigious past. This diversity still fascinates today. At the fifth floor, a double room (double bed) with a private bathroom is available for 60 or 64 Euros in respectively high or low season. All guests have free access to a terrace offering a wonderful view of the old city. On request a private parking can be supplied and costs only a little extra.
